Membership Terms and Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellation Timeline Requirements

15-Day Advance Notice: All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to your next scheduled shipment date. Cancellation requests received within 15 days of a shipment date will not take effect until the following shipment cycle.

Processing Time: Cancellations typically process within 2-3 business days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.

New Member Enrollment Timing

Enrollment Cutoff: New memberships enrolled within 7 days of a scheduled shipment date will automatically be scheduled for the subsequent shipment cycle.

Example: If you enroll on November 7th and our next shipment is scheduled for November 15th, your first wine club shipment will be our following shipment in January, not the November shipment.

Shipment Schedule: Wine club shipments occur bi-monthly (October, December, February, April, June, August). Your enrollment date determines your entry point into our shipment calendar.

How to Cancel Your Membership

Online: Log into your account at OlivaEnoteca.com and select "Cancel Membership" from your subscription dashboard, or you can cancel from your confirmation email.

Email: Send cancellation requests to david@olivaenoteca.com with your full name and membership number.

Important Cancellation Terms

  • Final Shipment: Your final shipment will be the last one that ships more than 15 days after your cancellation request is processed.
  • No Partial Refunds: Cancellations do not qualify for refunds on shipments already processed or in transit.
  • Account Closure: Upon cancellation, your wine club account will remain accessible for 30 days to view past orders and download invoices, after which it will be permanently closed.
  • Re-enrollment: Former members may re-enroll at any time, subject to the same enrollment timing guidelines as new members.

Special Circumstances

Holiday Shipments: Extended processing times may apply during holiday periods (November-December). We recommend submitting cancellation requests earlier during these peak seasons.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address within 15 days of shipment, please contact customer service immediately. Address changes may not be possible for imminent shipments.

This policy is effective as of September 1, 2025 and supersedes all previous cancellation policies. Oliva Enoteca reserves the right to modify this policy with 30 days' advance notice to active members.
